MCCI Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation:
The MCCI has developed rules and a fee schedule based on the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Panel of Arbitrators:
The Centre’s panel includes judges, senior advocates, chartered accountants, and professionals from various sectors, providing comprehensive support for dispute resolution.
