Industrial Relations is about the collective relationship between employees and the management. IR is one of the most delicate, complex and crucial factors in managing employment related issues in the modern industrial society. Industrial progress is possible only with active cooperation of labour and prevalence of harmonious and cordial Industrial Relations climate.
Market conditions, increasing competition, customer demands, employee expectations and connected issues drive the organizations to realign their priorities for business excellence. For success and growth of any organization, maintaining healthy Industrial Relations is important.
With this background and under the auspices of MCCI Expert Committee on HR & IR, a Certificate Course “ Industrial Relations for Industrial Harmony” is scheduled for four Saturdays, starting from 8th June 2019 (Saturday). The details of the course are given below. This Certificate course will benefit the participants by equipping them with required understanding of labour laws and will facilitate them to have better understanding of matters pertaining to management of industrial relations. The unique feature of this course is the mock sessions and role plays on important topics which would provide a practical insight into handling IR in the organisation.
